How do i make the photo size smaller ???

Hi Friends.....
I have a lot of photos ...and when i post them here they are displayed as a huge image.....how do i make the photos smaller ?

open in Microsoft photo editor . There is an option edit pictures. Click on that. On the right side you will get options of resize and compress. press re size and edit it to your requirement
